Specifically designed to transfer and collect glass and glass cullet throughout your facility. The Transfer Conveyors for Glass Cullet can be located below the floor with a trench style unit or in an elevated position with a balanced design. Many customers prefer trench style units for their ease and convenience of housekeeping – when glass is dropped or items broken, glass can easily be swept onto the conveyor. In addition, these style conveyors provide your facility with more floor space to perform other processing operations.
Optional liner assemblies include chromium carbide or abrasion resistant (AR), which are designed to withstand the abrasive nature of glass cullet. Other options include water quenching, fines removal, covers and more to improve the quality of your materials.
