MetalTech Systems, Inc in Pawleys Island, SC and Clemson University in Clemson, SC have teamed up to process the waste that comes from the 7 home football games at the university. It takes Clemson 3 days to process the waste from the football games. Over the course of this project Clemson University and MetalTech Systems, Inc. hopes to cut that time in half.
Clemson had 2 conveyors in stock and unused. MetalTech Systems combined the 2 conveyors and provided a picking station and infeed conveyor. An Infeed Hopper was designed to accept existing front end loader to feed the system.
